Black Professional Men, Inc. (BPM) is proud to announce a unique and life changing partnership with The National African American Drug Policy Coalition (NAADPC) to address the health consequences  of illicit drug and alcohol use in our high schools.  This partnership serves as a positive announcement to our communities in an effort to reclaim our youth from the detrimental effects of  drugs and alcohol abuse.  Moreover, the NAADPC has started the East Baltimore Drug Free Coalition (EBDFCC) as its Baltimore representative chapter and has the congressional support of  Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD 7th District).  The EBDFCC Chapter has been formed to address the problem of drug and alcohol abuse in the African American community.

Three of the key components that EBDFCC is using to accomplish its mission include:

  • Mentor Program
  • Resources/ References for families
  • Speakers’ Bureau
